How Does it Work?

Normally, we don't offer refunds. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out.

We are able to offer a one-time prorated refund, meaning we can refund you for the unused portion of your subscription for the current billing period

You can find the required information on your purchase receipt that was emailed to you immediately after your purchase.
