How does a free trial work?
Never had a free trial?
If you have not already had a free trial, then you are eligible to get one today! In this case, you will be charged $0.00 for the first 14 days.
After your free trial is over, your paid subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged based on the plan you selected (monthly, annually, etc) until you cancel.
Already had a free trial?
If you have already had a free trial, then you are ineligible for another one. Depending on which payment method you choose, you will be charged differently.
Credit/Debit Card Subscription
If you subscribe with a direct Credit/Debit Card, you are charged the monthly/annual subscription price at checkout and then your subscription will automatically renew the following pay period (monthly, annually, etc) until you cancel.
PayPal Subscription
If you subscribe with PayPal, you are charged a prorated amount for the first 14 days and then your subscription will automatically be billed at monthly or annual intervals starting 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please note!
Due to chargeback fraud, some payment methods are automatically ineligible for a free trial.
If your subscription does include a free trial, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your purchase.
If your subscription does not include a free trial, you are not eligible for a refund, even if you cancel within 14 days of your purchase.
You will always see your eligibility to get a free trial before you purchase so you can make an informed decision about subscribing.
